Regiment commander — Major Alekseienko Dmytro Vitaliiovych

Major Dmytro Alekseienko is the commander of the 428th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems "Shadow". A volunteer since 2022, a combat officer with experience serving in the Special Operations Forces and artillery. He has come a long way from participating in combat operations on key front-line directions to creating one of the most advanced UAV units. It was under his leadership that a company of unmanned systems grew into a full-fledged Regiment. Today, he is developing "Shadow", implementing new technologies and modern approaches to the use of drones in warfare.
